Our Policy: Exchanges Only We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color ordered by the customer. All sales are final.
However, we're committed to making it right if something goes wrong on our end.
When You're Eligible for an Exchange You may request a free exchange if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
How to Submit a Claim Email us at mtkexpress2001@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item received
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
